About Steve
Steve sits in a well rounded position of site strategy, conceptual implementation and online marketing. He is not knee deep in the code, so Steve is often available to get closer to clients and partner in the direction of their site. Having been in the industry for quite some time (Web 0.x, Web 1.x, and Web 2.x), and having a successful history with dozens of clients and hundreds of projects, Steve has mastered the ability to communicate options, directions, and risks in an ever changing environment.
Take an uncanny knack for explaining all the details of web technology that gets the rest of the world confused, add a BS in Business Administration with a minor in Information Systems from California State University at Fresno, and mix it up with a solid track record in the marketing and communications sectors, and you’ll get why Steve is an invaluable resource here.
Steve is also the official commissioner of the Pelago Fun Police and heads up all recreational and team building activities. As for Steve’s life outside of Pelago… well, that list would be longer than the Chinese Wall. Steve’s done just about everything under the sun as they say, but here are a few of his favorite activities: enjoying the great outdoors, spending time with his wife and two daughters, playing a mean game of Ultimate Frisbee, and of course, aerial acrobatics since Steve is a pilot—he allegedly caused a colleague to lose his lunch during a daring display of said activity. (The colleague shall remain nameless.)
