Company background

Inogen is a medical device manufacturer whose mission is “to develop products that improve the quality of life and increase freedom and mobility for respiratory disease sufferers.” Their flagship product is Inogen One, a revolutionary oxygen concentrator designed for the Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) community. Inogen One was honored with the Medical Design Excellence Award in 2006 and the Frost & Sullivan Oxygen Therapy Product of the Year Award in 2005.

About the project

Inogen’s web presence has been an evolving collaboration. The purpose of the original redesign was to upgrade Inogen’s web site to showcase their flagship product and to build brand awareness. The latest iteration includes a secure extranet login area to control user access to documentation and information, a customized content management system with localization and SEO control and ecommerce. The site is also W3C and Section 508 compliant.
