About the project

Axia needed an intranet to manage their process but were tired of third party solutions not meeting their expectations. We took them through a series of comprehensive discovery/strategy sessions where we interviewed key personnel and learned about their business operations and processes. We then designed and built a customized intranet that fit their business model like a glove. The Axia intranet employs highly complex algorithms and data analysis modules that crunch monthly financial data and generate reports with dynamic graphs. Axia uses the reports to pay their employees, analyze employee performance and predict and set goals for future performance. And as Axia and its business model evolve, so does our ongoing relationship with the company: we continue to fine-tune the algorithms and the online tools as new needs and challenges arise.
