About the project

AMS needed a better way to manage their entire event booking process regardless of the location—they had been relying on a tedious paper-based process that tied up too much time and resources. We built a high-powered intranet that effectively eliminated the paper routine, significantly increasing efficiency, and stocked it full of tools to support a multitude of tasks such as event scheduling, contract generation, and master calendar management. We also implemented a customized CRM with templates and forms for pursuing, engaging, and producing events. AMS is now able to manage the entire flow of an event entirely online, from signing a new contract and planning specifics with the client, to production and post-event follow-up.
